Mr. Khan was awarded a degree of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery by The Victoria University of Manchester in 1991. He undertook his specialist Orthopaedic training titled as a Lecturer on the Northwest training program; leading to Consultant appointment at Hope University Hospital in 2003.

Mr. Khan has been a medical legal expert since 2001 and boasts a well organised practice with 5 full time staff to provide an excellent service and ensure that service levels are maintained to a very high level.
Mr Khan also undertakes around 30 clinical negligence cases per year and has set up medical-legal experts forum on Linkedin.com providing valuable updates and newsletters related to PI issues.
